Our trip fee is $4400.00 This does not include airfare which is booked separately. We do have a travel agency that will be booking flights from JFK to Cairo round trip on Egypt Air. The price for this ticket is approx. $999.00. This ticket is not included in the ($4400) trip price, as you may choose to book your own flights to Cairo. Please understand that we have booked these reservations in advance to guarantee the lowest rates.
* If you are using air miles, an alternate payment method, or flying from an airport other than JFK; please make us aware of this so we can be sure you are booked on a flight whose arrival coincides with ours. Everyone must arrive at the airport together so that we may embark on the tour.
The current rate includes our stay in 5-Star Hotels, a 5-star boat and airfare once we arrive inside Egypt to Abu Simbel. These rates are all based on double occupancy and are all subject to increase closer to the time of the trip departure. Any subsequent fees will have to be added to this price. We have a thirty day lock-in at this current rate; to guarantee the lower fees it is important to make your decision before prices increase.
If it is at all possible please pay in full for the trip upon signing up to cut down on paperwork. If payment in full is not possible at this time, please pay the $1,100.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your place. See LINK for payment plan. Please register early, as Egypt is a popular destination and accommodations must be arranged well in advance. Space is limited.

Cancellation Conditions
Please understand that are many factors and contracts with many different vender's to do a trip of this scope. As such cancellation policies must be firm.
Up to 90 days prior to departure date 50% non-refundable
60 days prior to departure date 75% non-refundable
30 days prior to departure date NO REFUND.
RATES: See Rate Schedule below for the rates and required non-refundable deposits for the Egypt tour. The Tour prices are based on rates of exchange and tariffs in effect at the time of publication and are subject to change prior to departure. The Tour Organizers reserves the right to adjust these rates and also to substitute accommodations. Quoted rates are only valid for period specified.
ROOMMATES: Roommates will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please note that if you enroll late and we are unable to find a roommate for you, you will have to pay the single supplement of $800.00. If you are matched with a roommate you do not feel is suitable you must pay for single supplements for both you and your roommate in the event we are unable to find someone else for them. We regret to inform you that there are no refunds for complaints about roommates, and if any participant cancels the because of a roommate, there will be no refund.

Regarding airline cancellations for airfare from participant's home:Participants are responsible to get their own refunds on their tickets from the airline carrier from which their ticket is issued. Some airline tickets might have penalties or surcharges for cancellation, or may be completely non-refundable. The Tour Organizers will take no responsibility or liability for losses due to cancellations. There will be no refund for any participant who leaves the Tour prior to its conclusion, for whatever reason.
BAGGAGE: Do not carry more than two suitcases. Pack as lightly as possible because we will be on the move. Others will handle the baggage once in transit but you will have to handle it at airports, when getting to buses etc. Please make sure your luggage can withstand rugged treatment. Weather and loading and unloading can cause more than usual wear and tear to luggage in Egypt. Understand, the Organizers are not be responsible or liable for any lost or damaged baggage or personal effects. DO NOT bring laptops or any valuable electronics, other than international blackberries or phones.
RESERVATION RESTRICTIONS: Any prospective participant with a disability, pre-existing medical condition, or medical history requiring special attention or treatment should advise the Tour Organizers at time of booking the reservation and are advised to consult with a medical specialist prior to reserving space in the Tour. People who are unable to travel alone or who would require special assistance or handling must be accompanied by a companion who will provide the required assistance. The Tour Organizers assume no responsibility for any cases such as these.
INSURANCE: All participants in the Tour are advised to get travel, medical, accident, cancellation, and baggage insurance independently. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND VISAS: Visitors to Egypt from most countries require a visa. Tour participants are required to have a valid passport and a visa, if necessary. Incomplete documentation will result in the airline and airport authorities refusing permission to enter the country. The Tour Organizers will not arrange for passports or visas and will not be held liable for any irregularities caused due to improper documentation. Each participant is responsible for determining specific passport and visa requirements in the participant's country of origin and for obtaining the necessary documents prior to departure. NATURE OF TOUR: In order to be at temple sites at the best times of day with the least amount of tourists it may require early rising and long days occassionally. For this reason it is best to approach the trip with a spirit of openness and adventure. Portions of the trip may be in remote locations, where there may be no telephones or means of rapid evacuation in case of emergency. Smoking is not permitted in buses or at meals or during lectures, activities, and ceremonies whether held indoors or outside. Tour participants should be prepared to walk at least two hours per day.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
1) All participants should be healthy in mind and body and not have had surgery within the last six months. 2) Tour participants should visit a qualified Medical Doctor before leaving for Egypt to obtain the recommended vaccinations and procure whatever medicine their physicians prescribe. No vaccinations are required for travel to Egypt. See: http://www.cdc.gov/travel/ for more information about recommended inoculations and health information for Egypt travel. Many doctors will provide antibiotics or dysentery medicine to take on the trip, and participants should avail themselves of that opportunity. 3) All participants must have enough prescribed medication to last them for the duration of their stay in Egypt, if undergoing any medical treatment or taking medication. 4) Egypt hotels may not be as modern or luxurious as hotels in the West. 6) While in Egypt Tour participants must not drink any tap water, even to brush their teeth, and they must not eat any raw salads, raw fruits or raw vegetables, unless approved by the tour guide. Drinking bottled water is strictly enforced and may be purchased daily in the hotels before excursions. 7.) It is up to you to keep your valuables safe. Therefore Tour participants are advised to leave all valuables in the hotel safe, including passport, credit cards, and other identifying papers. 8) Tour participants are advised to leave valuable clothing, precious jewelry, valuable papers, and all unnecessary items at home and not take them to Egypt. 9) Clothing could get dirty and wrinkled and might get damaged, even when it is sent out to be laundered.
